They were scheduled to come to my house to do the service for my ac unit from 3 to 6 and they were actually came our 30 mins early which was great since it was 100 degrees all day which was greatly appreciated and the technician Luis was super professional and really knowledgeable. I will tell everyone about Aire Serv on how they are great service company, as well they had help me out on having a payment program thanks.

Our AC went out on the hottest afternoon of the season so far, 07/13/2023. I called Aire Serv of Murrieta, but not really expecting assistance for days, due to the extended heat wave. I spoke with Teresa and she immediately began trying to get a technician to us as soon as possible. By the way, our ordeal began right at the end of regular business hours and to top it off SCE had a planned power outage the next day from 06:00 AM to 12:00 noon for our area. Teresa called me back to say she was able to get a technician to us, following the planned power outage, as long as our power did come back on as estimated by SCE. Teresa called us again at 12:05 PM, 07/14/2023, to check if the power had been restored, I told her it had just been restored. Teresa informed me that Orlando would soon be there. Orlando arrived as promised and went straight to work to determine what caused our loss of AC. He was able to locate the problem within minutes and made needed repairs to get our system up and running again. But, he did not stop there, he continued to by checking the entire cooling system to be sure there were no other contributing factors which may have caused our problem. Fortunately, he found no other problems, then checked the freon level, test ran the system and gave us the OK. Aire Serve, Teresa and Orlando, Thank You for going that extra mile to help us with our AC repair!

They actually showed up a day early and it's been hot out here I've been without AC since September of last year actually got a mouth infection last year almost died so I'm a little bit behind and getting the house squared away it's amazing how fast life can change I recovered after surgery so I'm doing great I'm alive second chance and these guys take things in consideration and really help me out that's more than a customer to me great job Christian thank you for showing up so fast and getting this AC started again so happy to have cool air finally . truly appreciate 🙏

Orlando has taken care of our heating and air needs for years, we are so very grateful for his efforts and expertise! Finding, fixing, and maintaining the slightly oddball systems for our funky little mobile home is something that other companies can't manage- but Orlando has never let us down.
